1. If the goods you received meet the following conditions, you can apply for return/exchange within 7 days from the date you received the product
a, For commodity quality problems, the customer submits to issue the original test report or original certification documents for quality problems confirmed by the brand, and please return the attachments, usage manual, shopping invoice, packaging and goods during the return. We will refund the full amount after the customer provides the trackable logistics numbers.
b, If the goods have any damage during delivery, please provide the outer package photos, shipping invoice and product photos within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After confirmation by the after-sales service, we will refund the full amount and bear the shipping costs; If you cannot provide the corresponding photos, we will not accept your claims, we are sorry;
c, If the goods are lost, wrongly shipped, or misshipped, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide order numbers, shipping invoice, wrongly shipped goods/wrongly shipped goods, and photos of all products to customer service. We will handle related after-sales service for you after confirmation. If the after-sales time limit is exceeded, the after-sales service will not process normally.
If your order has the above problems, please contact us quickly. We will refund you as long as the product is new and not used. 2, the following goods do not comply with the refund policy or return policy:
a, any items not sold on this website;
b, The goods have been used or damaged / the original label / protective film has been removed / the product size has been changed;
c, Exceeding the after-sales time limit (the customer will not be able to apply for after-sales service if he does not contact customer service within 7 working days after receipt).
d, For irresistible reasons during transportation, the goods had slight damage, but it does not prevent the use.
e, Any product quality problems caused by abnormal use or storage by the customer.
f, For items such as a group sold together, the return policy provides customer service for the single or multiple items that comply with the return and refund policy, and did not contain all the items in the group.
Exchange / return process
1, You can apply for return/exchange within 7 days from the date you received the product to our online customer service.
2, customer service will confirm whether the goods comply with the return/refund policy, only return the goods if they comply with the return/refund policy.
3, after the goods are received by the warehouse, the staff will complete the refund within 3-7 working days. The actual cash payment will be refunded according to the original method. Since each bank's transfer date is different, please refer to the actual amount arrival time.
After the order is submitted successfully, it will not support to cancel or modify the order. Please make sure that the order and other information is correct before making the payment.
